The Arabian Horse
Association of New England (AHANE)
 AHANE
is a non-profit organization dedicated to
the Arabian Horse in New England. With the
help of your sponsorship, we can run annual
events such as horse shows, club meetings,
clinics, and schooling shows. Our membership
includes all ages, and horse owners as well
as other Arabian enthusiasts. We look
forward to providing even more activities
for the Arabian community in the near
future, and any support we receive allows us
to better support local Arabian owners and
riders. Thank you for any support you are
able to provide.
The Annual AHANE Show is held in June each
year. The 2018 show will take place June
28th, 29th, and 30th and it will be held at
the Eastern States Exposition in West
Springfield, MA. Exhibitors will be present
on June 26th and 27th to prepare their
stalls and horses for the show.
Approximately 120-175 horses attend the show
every year, and the show attracts over 1,000
people, including exhibitors, family
members, show barn owners and their
employees, and the general public.
Sponsor’s banners are hung around the main
coliseum and are visible to spectators,
exhibitors in the ring, and everyone who
passes through the coliseum for the duration
of the show.
The name of class sponsors are read in the
main coliseum just before the class enters
the ring to be judged, and again before the
winners of the class are announced.
All sponsors may have a link to their
website on AHANE.org, the official website
of the Arabian Horse Association of New
England, where people can access information
about the show, other club activities, and
news and information from other local
Arabian organizations.
Sponsorship banners can include any
information provided to us, including phone
number, address, description, or logo. Also,
a custom banner can be printed with your
companies predesigned advertisement if you
provide the PDF file.
There will be a “Sponsor Wall” outside the
main office of the show where all sponsors
names and logos (if provided) will be
displayed. The show office is frequented by
owners, trainers, and exhibitors throughout
the show and is a highly visible location to
everyone participating in the show.
All sponsors are announced before the start
of each session of competition, and the
“Sponsor Wall” outside the show office will
list all sponsors and their level of
sponsorship.
Sponsors who wish to donate prizes to be
awarded during the show will receive a
sponsorship package according to the MSRP
value of prizes donated. Donated prizes that
are awarded in center ring will also
acknowledge the donating sponsor during the
award presentation.

Bronze ($200) –
Includes a link to your web site for one
year on AHANE.org, a free business card
advertisement in the show program, and one
regular class sponsorship. Also includes a
2’x4’ banner in the main coliseum.
Silver ($250) –
Includes a link to your web site for one
year on AHANE.org, a free ½ page
advertisement in the show program, and two
regular class sponsorships. Also includes a
2’x4‘ banner and box seats in the main
coliseum.
Gold ($500) –
Includes a link to your web site for one
year on AHANE.org, a free 1 page
advertisement in the show program, and two
champion class sponsorships. Also includes a
2’x4‘ banner and box seats in the main
coliseum.
Platinum ($1000) –
Includes a link to your web site for one
year on AHANE.org, a free 1 page
advertisement in the show program, and four
champion class sponsorships. Also includes a
2’x4’ banner and box seats in the main
coliseum.
Class Sponsor ($50) –
one championship or two regular class
sponsorships.
